Will you be able to play around Thanksgiving? I’m looking for somebody to play at Game Table around Thanksgiving.

It’s a fun game. The special cards and star destroyers make it more fun than regular risk. It’s balanced toward the empire, no way the hutts can win.

Germany had two fronts, but more area to defend would make it tougher to defend. The war would take longer if there weren’t three fronts on Germany.

Keep Germany from gaining Africa so the US has time to send transports over.

D-day, it opened another front on the Germans.

Guadalcanal is the best. It has just two players, US and Japan.

Have the UK distract Germany in North Africa while the US builds transports. When you have enough transports, bring battleships with the transports and land in Western Europe. Bomb Germany to keep them from counter-attacking. Build up your men and attack Germany. At the same time, UK should land in Southern Europe and Soviets attack Eastern Europe. Keep bombing Germany until they are low on units, then invade. It always works against new players.

Spain. Spain was near North Africa and could quickly transport troops. And once the allies took France, Spain could attack from the south and Germany from the east. The allies would have been knocked out of the western front.
