A few questions:

I saw that the Chinese met some national objective and got ext PU’s. What was the objective? Battle in sea zone 96: why do the Italians receive a first strike? …shouldn’t the presence of the British destroyer nullify that? In that same battle: why can the subs fire a second time in the same round, as they already had a first strike?
