Can I attack a territory, take it and then move tanks/mech through it to reinforce a neighboring territory that I already controlled?

RE: The Japan Playbook
Cow, I have used some of your Japan strategies in my latest game and won after knocking out India, Australia and China in succession, then rolling up Russia from the east bailing out the Euro-Axis who were feeling pressure from Anglo-US forces stacked in France (though Italy did control the Middle East and most of Africa). Thank you for making the Axis powers great again!

RE: Mongolia and Neutrals - rules summarized here
If Japan attacks a Mongolian territory (but not a Soviet territory bordering Mongolia) then all strict neutrals (or neutral neutrals as I like to call them) become pro-allied, including the rest of Mongolia, correct? Does the rest of Mongolia then directly join the Soviet Union?
Neutrals:
- You can’t move a tank through a friendly neutral that you just activated
 a) You CAN blitz strict neutrals and unfriendly neutrals
 b) You also can’t non-com mech or tanks through the friendly neutral that you just took control of.
Rule 1 b) the mention of tanks seems redundant, as the initial line already says you can’t move a tank through a friendly neutral.

RE: Global 2nd edition Q+A ( AAG40.2)
After unloading transports in the combat phase (for amphibious assault) can I (after conquering the territory) also move in any AAA I brought? I seem to recall you can’t use AAA in combat phase except in defending against attacking planes.

RE: Cyanight's Customizations
This is the latest version of the file I just had printed. It has an updated Chile roundel that is round and the original triangular Iraq roundel.
[Another suggestion would be a very small Chinese roundel in Burma and Kwangtung added to the standard UK Pacific one." target=“_blank”>
Great looking map. This is based on the first edition, right?
I can recall a few (subtle) changes/corrections they made between the first and second edition maps. I don’t know if there were more than the ones listed here:
- corrected spelling Palau
- border between Alberta and Central USA
- border between New Brunswick and Quebec
- Yukon and British Columbia merged into Western Canada
Though the last one really doesn’t bother me at all. And IIRC the Korea/seazone 5 thing was already corrected in a first edition print.
I’d certainly be willing to pay for a correction of the first three based off your A&A 1940 Global Game Board_1_U_010 map version (that’s the latest I was able to find).
Also, I couldn’t find in this thread why Persia had three different roundels. And did Spain still use the nationalist symbol in 1940? I don’t recall when they switched back to the standard “Kingdom of Spain” roundel (red/yellow/red).
