      i just noticed you can post your combat move turn before rolling combat.  thats another anti cheating option if you ever worried about that.

      ok now its russias turn, see above save file.  you can select casualties, scrambles, and intercepts for me, unless youre at all unsure of what i would do.  then you manually post the save game to here and ill let you know what i want to do in the middle of your turn before you continue.  let me know if you have any questions.
