Use the box incomes, but give USSR 9 extra IPCs.  Do not give it the two infantry per turn in Novosibirsk.

No te confundas “bladewar”, los IPC para jugar a Europa 1940 no son los mismos que para GLOBAL 1940. Por eso yo enumeré cada uno de los paises para “Krieghund”, para resolver todas las dudas. Ahora ya los tienes.

The most important detail is to buy 2 transports on round 1 for Germany, so far this works great and I want to try to find a blocking move with UK. If anybody has one I would like to hear it.

That one is not a true NO of course, but it’s from part 3 of the preview by DJensen. Krieghund also confirmed it by saying it won’t be in the global game.

I know, but now it is impossible for the axis to win without taking Cairo (unless they invade UK, US). Also, the middle easts income is now a factor and UK would be limping without Middle East/Africa income. Italy would also be earning 40+.
