American split income?

You are correct, as the rulebook says on page 25:

“A power collects the indicated bonus IPCs during each of its Collect Income phases if the condition for that bonus has been met, unless otherwise specified.”

Rhey’s words translated into simple english:

1. Count up what money you are worth at the end of your turn, and collect that income.
2. Spend that money on your next turn, unless your capital has been taken.

I am not advocating you buy 18 transports as soon as you can!  I’m saying I usually end up wtih 18 of them which I can use to train troops all the way to Egypt if I have too.

Besides, the Soviets aren’t even in the Pacific version, and West India is balanced by British Columbia, so it’s even there and the European UK doesn’t get more…

In one game I played I had the USA fleet heading for Africa and Germany still had enough of a fleet to cause major losses so they moved to block so I changed directions with my fleet to head to Europe thinking I had just pulled a fast one on them. The next German turn they landed said fleet(along with fully loaded transports) in Mexico…I was pretty shocked, never did I think that was the intention of the German fleet. I figured they would go to Rome or Africa to renforce Itay there. So if the German player is willing to take insane risks you can slow America down.

Okay so I have some questions about the split income

First: what will Yukon Territory and BC be part of UK or India.
Second: what about West India, like it is on the Europe 40 bored, but like its part of India, though.

BC will be part of India, as will Yukon, but Yukon doesn’t matter unless you want to build an air base there.

West India will be part of UK

that seems silly

It’s worth a lot to have a rule that’s easy to specify, understand, and implement in an already complicated game.
