My hypothetical turn order: for AAP40 only! (Too much speculation right now for me to know if for once Larry is thinking about starting the pacific off first or staying traditional with Europe first)

That is my guess on turn order as well with UK/ANZAC together.

Yeah, this causes a real problem. In AAP40, its Japan vs. USA, UK, ANZAC, and China. So its most likely:

OR you can combine UK/ANZAC and USA/China

In AAE40, theres Germany & Italy vs. USA, UK, France, Russia. So its most likely:
Germany
France
UK?
Italy
Russia
USA?
In this instance, France would be take out G1, so perhaps UK could take its place.

Or perhaps theres no Russia or USA until they declare war/get attacked:
Germany
France
Italy
UK
Then Russia and USA can enter to a certain spots when they join the war.

Finally, in the full game, it must be something like:

UK/Anzac  & France
Italy
US/China
Your going to want Germany & Japan to go early as they were the aggressors. Every game I remember Russia goes pretty early. I can’t see them going after Italy. I don’t think you would want G & I to take their turns before Russia, to much of a double team.

Anzac may or may not be its own power in the global game. (most likely not)
France won’t make much of an impact after the first couple rounds, or until some one liberates them. The UK player will likely take over their navy and other units anyway.
Russia and the US won’t be able to attack early on, they’ll just buy units and move into position. China will likely have its role reduced and take its turn with the US again.

France shouldn’t even get a turn since they didn’t do anything, except when they decided that  they were
going to be traders and join the Axis.
