Aircraft Carriers
Although they don’t have an attack value and aren’t
represented on the battle strip, carriers can still participate
in an attack and can take hits, as long at least 1 unit with
an attack value attacks along with them. Any fighters or
tactical bombers on an aircraft carrier launch before the
carrier moves and move independently of the carrier.
These air units can make a combat move from the carrier’s
initial sea zone, or they can remain in that sea zone until
the Noncombat Move phase.

But keep in mind the following exception:

If a Japanese industrial complex is built on a Chinese territory
and that territory is later recaptured by the Chinese or liberated
by another Allied power, the industrial complex is removed from the game.

Transports are a little confusing. you just need to remember that loading AND/OR unloading uses all of the units movement points. This means that you can both load and unload a unit on your turn, or you can load a unit (granted it hasn’t been moved already this turn) and leave it on the transport, or you can unload a unit that is already on a transport; in this last case you would be unable to move it afterwards similarly to rules regarding movement before loading. I’m not sure if I helped clarify, but I hope this benefits you.

If you guys are assuming that a round is roughly three months than almost any unit could be built in real time in that period of time. I have a book on Panzer Tanks and even the most powerful tank could field a full battalion in a little over three months. And when talking battleships, if it was a German pocket Battleship I believe it could be made in three months. You have to remember that most industries in these countries were geared almost completely to the war effort. :D :D
