Lets Talk Anti-Ship Mines

Any land assault from a sea zone with neutral ships in same sea zone gets to defend against the attacking navy. Then you can attack Oslo from sea if trannys survive.
If you attack Oslo you want to attack from Finland and with German airborne [also fort doesnt get to defend] so when you capture Oslo the neutral ships are rolled for and become scuttle or UK or German ships.

that just seems like another way to do regulare artillery.

And I agree I would rather have a rocket artillery unit than siege guns, but i think rocket artillery would have a more offenisve nature, not just generaly good.

I’d add the rule that before using the piece, the owner must first loudly declare “I’m going commando!” to activate it.

Commando attacks get +1 bonus for each opposing player who does a “spit take” in reacting to the announcement.

Well, technically tractors are in the game, only they are armed, armored, and have bigger engines.  They’re called tanks and half-tracks.

Light cruiser =
same as cruiser but 1 hit and move = 2

How about torpedo boats attack 2, defend 1, and cost five, otherwise the same as PT boats in terms of movement and hits.

cost 7, if VS land targets:

these are 3-3 units moving 2 and each plane boosts the tank +1 at 1:1 basis

if VS Sea targets:

3-3 units moving 2 ( carrier based)…also possible modifier for attacks on surface ships ( not sure)

They cant move from land or from sea to attack the other on the same turn. So carrier planes cant attack land targets unless they fly first to land on the turn before and vice versa.

this will result is fighters staying on land where they belong with a few on carriers as escorts
