I want to know what else keeps the game exciting the first few rounds besides the sino-japanese war.
Like what kind of options do the allies have to interfere with Japanese expansion early in the game?
IL wants these bad.
I was thinking they would be like an upgraded AA gun, and you pay an additional 5-6 IPCs to upgrade, 10-12 IPCs for an “un-AA-gunned” (wow, did I really just make up that term?) territory.
What is the nature of flack towers?
How about they be like an advanced AA gun, and fire on each plane twice?

Each flak battery is purchased in levels that = the number and value of hit needed against SBR. These could be reduced i suspect, but they don’t change hands.
yah i dont think the flak tower needs to be its own unit, the AA gun rules just need to be changed. It would still be cool to have a flak tower peice though.
The AA gun is from Milton Bradley…so it stands to reason that we get a new unit and it should be somewhat different for each nation. Radar towers, flak artillery, flak battery…perhaps 3 different pieces for each level of defense!!
