nope. can only move ftr 4 spaces from AC. Allied ftrs can go along for a two movement ride and then move 4 on their turn

as long as they can make it to the Sea Zone the Carrier is placed in.  Yes.  Just move them there in the Non Combat Movement phase.

We used a red marker to paint the tips of some old AA guns to denote rockets. We did it mainly to remember you have rockets. It really sucks when you forget to fire them, it happens every now and again. You could also paint them another color to denote radar.

Also note that your british fighters dont get to shoot at the german sub at all, as you are not bringing a destroyer along with you.

I like that.

The bombing runs and the damage markers give you some flexibility – still painful as all getup, but a great new addition to the SBR rules.

I wish I could give you a better answer than “soon”, but that’s all I’ve got.  :-(
