How many here play Warhammer Fantasy and 40K?

*Formula De’, along with 20 open wheel and 36 Gt cars. Painted of course.
*Star Trek Starship combat sim.
*Car wars
*Air Force with Dauntless expansion from Avalon Hill. Now using 700 scale miniatures.
*Firefly and Battletech

Has anyone here given this a try?

How does it compare to other aircraft/spacecraft dog-fighting games? Are the minis as decent as the marketing makes them seem?

Actualy the average base size is 25mm. 40mm is used for tyranid warriors and 60mm for carnifexs. Thank you Google  :-D

I own Tide of Iron, looks great but I haven’t played it yet.

It sounds awesome.  I’ll try and check it out and give it a go sometime.  I’d still like to get into Hearts of Iron more, but like I said, it takes a while to complete something.  The farthest I got was playing as Spain and basically carving France in half with Germany.  And we were just getting into 1940…

BF1942 sucks! although i havenot played WWIIonline it looks realley cool, with the whole Eurpope scale of 1/2 thingy :)
