you actually shouldn’t complain about that price when comparing what you have to pay many places in europe, where you can easily pay more that 120 euros

I frankly don’t think a bid is needed at all. But a player I am playing against said we could use one, and since I took the axis, I was wondering where to put my bid. In Triple A, as I said, I couldn’t stick anything in Libya, so I did end up putting a tank in Algeria.

Yes.  I didn’t state it correctly there.  The point is stacking up warships with the intent of Bombardment can be negated pretty easily with this rule.
