The wood board are 40 x 96 ! I can move them by myself, but it’s pretty heavy.

Expect at least 4-5 hours, plus setup time.  Some of the variants are only about 3 hours or less, though.

They are not plano boxes this time.

Its about 14 inches by 8.5 by 1.75

with 24 compartments and the most important thing: each compartment has already precut and FITTED panels. These are not like plano because these don’t jump out or get dislodged. I got them at Harbor freight tools for $4.99 each.
