Sorry, my misunderstanding. As for the actual amount of pieces your supposed to have, you’ll have to find a place online with the exact amounts.

I often find that much of the Russian fighting power becomes stacked in Belorussia. Btt by building eight tanks each turn, I can easily use the combined forces to crush the Belorussian army, and after that the door to Moscow is blown wide open.

I Completly agree. I never play wiht bids, so the extra money would be nice, but yes build the kriegsmarine and go to sea. I do not know why but I almost always have a kill GB first mindset, Build A wall and ships, then send out the surface fleet. Now that this beatiful map by positronica has been created, I think the Axis Have a Pretty good chance at winning alot more games. Bids in my opinion are not needed for this one. It is no longer 2vs3 it is now 3vs3. Britain and america have a nice 1 two punch together for a long whileand in a few different games.  It is a nice site to see a Germany- Italy combo also.

one of my russian strategies is to feep the germans bottled up in east poland/baltic states/ukraine as long as possible, and then i retreat to turkestan w/ almost all of my men. if they try to go north to russia, i counter attack. if the go down the middle to bellorussia, i counterattack. if they go south to caucasus or stalingrad, then i counterattack. usually by this point ( turn 3 or 4) i have beaten the germans in the far north, and i have at least 4 russian fighters and 3 bombers, 3 or 4 tanks, the rest of my infantry that i retreated with + all the infantry i have bought so far, plus the 8 or 9 artillery i have to counterattack with.

well im gonna list all the germans guns i know….(not inculding artillery pieces) …Mauser Karbiner 98,gewher-43,Mp-28,Mp-35,Mp-38,Mp-40,Mp-44,Mg-13,Mg-34 and offcoarse the Mg-42…did i miss anything?
