What’s the longest game ever played on this forum? As in, the longest gap between the first turn played in a game and the last turn played? Games that achieved this number due to huge gaps in between turns count. Thank you!

Seeing my older brother every Christmas after he left to go live with his dad. My older brother died about 9 years ago short one year of his 50th birthday. No Christmas gift can ever replace him.

I got a bow hunting licence back when I lived in MI.

It was more for investment advice from a coworker.

The hunter safety class (bow and rifle) ended at gun shooting range.  We used rifles on targets and then worked on hitting clay pigeons w/a shotgun.  I did not know about bracing the shotgut butt on my frame, so the recoil blew out my shoulder.  I was not able to draw on the bow for another 3 months, when deer season was over.  I moved out of state soon after.

I am proud of all of you archery hunters.

Oddly, conservative gov’ts in both US and Canada have recently developed a disposition towards increased deficit spending. Oddly as well, the “Liberal” gov’t in Canada has been working quite well to diminish the debt.
(note: i do not have a problem with deficit spending during times of recession, however it is a ludicrous thing when the economy is responding well, or on an even keel and there is debt)
