These are from the axis & allies collectables line. About 1+1/2 to 2 inches long.

For a customer. 2x Hummels (1 normal, 1 extra-fine), 2x Stu IIIs (1 normal, 1 extra-fine), 2x 88mm AT guns (1 normal, 1 extra-fine), and 1 Pz III.
I know Hummels probably did not see action in Afrika, buts the color scheme selected, and I think its the best look for the Germans - plain ol grungy sand.
The units on top are the “extra fine”, and the units on the second row are the “normal”.
…
The Hummels were made by removing the guns from Nashorns, and then adding custom made 150mm from brass and aluminum.
The extra fine Hummel has exhaust added with screen cover, extra road wheels in bracket mounts, rear door open (paper doors with handles), camo netting, gun travel lock, bar across front spare tracks, extra spare tracks, and a crew of 4.
…
The Stu IIIs were the ugly short-barrelled A&A jobs. They now have new extended superstructure tops (balsa and putty) with glacis sections, plastic slabs removed on back of hull, 75mm Long barrelled gun with saukaupt matlets, commanders copulas, and MGs with shields.
The extra-fine Stu III has removable side skirts with battle damage, Commander figure, 2 sets of spare tracks with brass mounting bar on front, brass sceen covers for engine vents, spare road wheels, and crew baggage.
…
Both 88mm AT guns used to be 75mm guns, but now with the guns that were in the Nashorns. Shields are super-glue laminated paper, and a crew of 4. Bases are sparcely flocked with sand, and small traces of grass (not too much that it cant be desert, but enough they could be europe).
The extra-fine gun has all 3 handcranks, extra details on shield, 2 ammo cases, 2 spent shell casings, and ground cover stacked in front of gun.
…
The PzIII has a remade mantlet and gun, and extra-fine paint job, but no other extra features.Heres several pics. First is the whole batch, second is just the extra-fines (with some pics of steps leading up to completion), and the 3rd is a pic of the crewmen, still glued to sticks for painting.
