@cernel That’s quite a loophole you’ve discovered. It’s things like this that made LHTR necessary. You are correct about point 1. Regarding point 2, I see nothing in the rules that would disallow attacking an unoccupied enemy-controlled territory with only air units.

Dezertfish is obviously stronger,
but jokes aside the strongest piece is the red chip, because it can be any 5 pieces.
But if i had to limit it to one piece id say the dice because they can roll ones and cause the most damage. The plastic molds don’t do anything unless they hit via the dice.
If you really want to narrow the thing down the the strongest unit that you buy with IPC…. THEN i am sure its a tank because its the hardest to break unless breaking the turret counts.
