More 1940 Germans units available to combat the French horde

i thought it had a bigger gun than a is-3 so 15 for the kv-2 and 18 for is-1/3?  this is right correct or did the is-2/3 hav a bigger gun than the kv-2

Depending on the year, the Finnish soldiers can fight off the Russian and then fight off the Germans.  Do they come with skis on or a sauna?

While attacking a disrupted unit w/Vet Tiger, all dice would count, “one’s” get reroled and you have another approx 85% success of hitting.  All total it’s over 90% success ratio.  Almost always a hit and Vet Tiger throws alot of dice.

Replace Vet Tiger with 3X elite pnzr and it’s another killer army.  You can add 11 pnts more of infantry… another 3X mauser + another Fortress Defendr

I actually am expecting French Resistance of some kind in the D-Day set. They’d probably have stats as bad as the ones the Soviet Partisanss get, but I tend to field armies for flavor as opposed to “L33T-P0WARZ”, so I’m not going to be too broken up about that. I’d love to be able to recreate several battles from the movie The Longest Day, so so having some Resistance blow out some train tracks would be sweet.

I’m having trouble finding what years accurately reflect units Nationalist China can historically use. Do you happen to have any years for all the remaining units?

Hi, just to give some background I have played Panzer blitz and ASL. I have enjoyed them both for the type of games we they are. I do not want A&A miniatures to be a trivial game “just an itroductory game for new gamers”. I would like to see the game rules expand and update with each new release. I think if you are introduced to our fine haobby through this game you would welcome more compexity as the game evoles.

I continue to experiment on how best to use those big point tanks….

One thing I have discovered as a bad tactic is “hiding” the tank behind cover (behind a blocking hex) and then trying to spring it on other tanks or infantry.  This almost always ends up with my tank getting charged and cornered, because I had blocked my own LOS… and the opposing tanks could get close to me without drawing fire.

I think tanks are best out in the open… on a hill…with a big field of fire to deter opposing units--  and then at the end of the game if need be parking it on the objective… (for tanks with strong rear defense against close assaults).

p.s On a side note-- I am beginning to hate the SS-Panzergrenadier.  Only when I am shooting at it, of course.
