Short version:
A J1 TRN build that will stack FIC on J2, and will assume control of the India IC on J3 and have Japan building there on J4. -
I would overrun it ASAP using FIC troops and 2 INF from Phillipienes. Sorry for spelling. (A&A 2nd Edition)
