They still do that. I got a number of emails over the years where people wanted to print some of my map files and got told they needed “permission from the company”…. huh?
Then the other thing is they don’t have any programs…even PDF and ask “Can you get us a jpeg?” What a joke!

Maybe you need to put a “READ THIS FIRST” note at the top of more fora. For example, on the ‘House Rules’ forum, suggest that viewers read through the list of rules already posted to see if a variation of their idea is already there. Include a note about briefly identifying the idea. NOT “How About This?”
