It’s nice to have, don’t get me wrong, but I’m not investing valuable IPC in maintaining it.  (I’ll use it as fodder if I attack the allied navies though, if the allies are silly enough to let it live that long.)

Then you should read up on the German Turtel.  It’s a passive-agressive strategy that has worked very well.

Try a stalling tactic on G2 instead…

This is assuming a few things

On turn 2 move the Baltic fleet into SZ 7…

What is the UK/US going to do on Turn 2? probably reinforce Algeria again instead of taking Norway…
Or on the other hand the UK can trade fleet for fleet to move you out of the way (but they still didn’t grab Norway and you just hurt there fleet considerably… (i’m happy)

Assuming they leave you alone (most cases)

Depending on the non-coms in turn 2 for the allies, on turn 3 you may even be able to leave 1 German SS in SZ 7 and move the rest back to SZ 5 or something and that will stop the UK from getting Norway Again!!! (meaning them russians will have to fight a 3 front war) it’s a win-win situation for the Germans.

You got it Paint… and with an average of 5 FIGs to play with, that is a LOT of shenanigans!

Just keep talking, keep a timer if need be, and remember you can pass notes in study hall if need be…

Actually it is 2 FIGs that can make it without the Kaze rule… Western and Norway.  And of course the BOM can reach.

Before you push for a removal of the Kaze rule, try taking the Allies next game and do the FIG transfer from Russia and drop their odds to 1 in 16 of succeeding in their strike on London.

THAT may make them more willing to change the rules…
