I did.  It was just a long process.  I don’t write anywhere near as fast as I type.  Proved Cubes, Tetrahedrons and Cylinders and expanded from there.

I am still noticing that logging in and loading different pages on this board takes a very long time.  Nobody else?

Yeah, once I’m on the site, it seems to fly now that I think about it.  But just initially loading the boards and then logging into the boards always seems to be a real dog…

I have it set up that I am logged in forever so I don’t realy know about that part. Loading the boards hasn’t been a problem for me.

Maybe your browser cache is getting cleared too often.

was the site down all afternoon?  I couldn’t connect from work…

I was unable to log in for about 6 hours today.  I have sent a not to DJensen to inquire what happened.

Still, the new site has been more reliable than the old one…

Where did you send the message? I didn’t get it.

I’m not sure what happened. At 5am PDT the server locked up. I’m still trying too figure it out.

Why does that draw a smiley face?  I’m sure glad I don’t have to deal with all the crap the mods have to deal with in there…

But it sucks when they do that.

When I became a mod on another site in a previous lifetime, reading through all the “quaritined” threads really provided some insight into what was going on behind the scenes.

Then again, being a mod is a thankless task that I would not willing take up again.

By “insight” do you mean your own personal soap opera  :-D

Being a mod means you live in a soap opera.

It’s like being a police officer.  You get to spend your day dealing with only the most interesting people.
