I haven’t played games with all optional units select for play (usually only select naval fighter)
but yeah its funny how:
BB 2-hit, 2-turn
CA 2-hit, 1-turn
CV 2-hit, 2-turn

yes but we are working on that now with 4.1 no more 2 turn naval builds.

carriers could go to 1 hit units and of course the latter file for AA50HE will have them just at 1 for both CA and CV.

I am very happy as is, just wanted a clarification.

1.  Do Vichy France, Algeria, Madagascar, Indo-China, and Levant States each become separate and independent countries, or are they all considered one nation?  For example, if UK attacked Morocco or Algeria to secure a shorter path to Egypt, would the other territories convert to -5 Axis or remain independent.

They are treated independent, so you can attack one its now against you at -5, but the Vichy states officially are axis -2 diplomatically at start, while free french are +5 British

It DOES read one level of technology transferred between one SIDE per turn.

so if axis as a group obtain 4 tech slots, only one level can pass from one nation to another that turn.

Soviets don’t share or receive secrets.

So, DD & SS are separated out from the rest combat and this warfare is accomplished first.  Then Air Combat.  Then fleet warfare.

yes and its on your naval combat sequence player aid.  sub interaction,then survivors allocate air units and they fight concurrently with ongoing naval actions.
