Minor issue; the Air combat chart still has Dive-Bomber on it, instead of Fighter Bomber.

Maybe also create a VC chart?

The naval combat board is not good. It is the old version I think. The "0"box is gone, AP still at 1 and CV and 1 or 2 or 3…

how about something like this?

neutral starting position + tech starting position –->  mark on the boxes
just have dice information —> remove the other text and tables
align boxes further —> atomic bomb can be two rows

background colour
lets use the two colors from battleboard on our netural+tech, and victory city chart
make it look like a “set”
