Rule question for League play

    Hello there comrades,

    Is there any general gentlemen rules regarding if someone (in this case myself) messes up and don’t have enough safe landing spaces for air units? In this case I miscalculated and can’t seem to find a safe spot for one of my Japanese fighters.

    I would assume it is up to the opponent to decide, but a few outcomes I can think of are:

    1. Re-do the whole turn.
    2. Re-do or nullify a certain battle where the involved air unit participated.
    3. Let one of the air units crashland
    4. Other?

    There could be potential issues with 2 and 3 since it involves some kind of choice based on the outcomes in all battles overall.

    Are you sure that you have messed it up?

    Just a question - because it is a well known TripleA issue that the software does not always take out the units with the least remaining movement points. Better check what TripleA has done…
    When during combat move phase all of your units have a safe landing spot - and after the battles a unit is left that has no longer a valid landing spot, you can be sure that TripleA did a suboptimal choice.

    @Panther Hi Panther,

    I checked again and there seems to be neither ACs or territories enough. I need to land 7 air units but only have 3 ACs available. It’s been a few years since I played, but I was under the impression that TripleA sometimes overlooks safe landing spots?

    @Panther Oh yes, sorry forgot to say that I lost no air units in any battles that round.
