Any nation can remain neutral if it is not attacked or does not attack first. And a declaration of war by another power is not a declaration of war by the power that is attacked. Even though it would attack the agressor, it is not considered to be aggression. If played badly, USSR could be in great troubles declaring war on all Axis powers by itself. But who knows, you might have a lucky day 🍀

@GeneralHandGrenade Thanks GHG! And just to reiterate again, I was referencing the V2 rules, as I stated in my post. I’m not surprised the V3 might have issues too, as they are not finalized.

But my post mentioned that V2 reference sheets had a lot of issues, and in the past HBG has said on their Global War page that the rule book itself should be relied upon in the event that there were discrepancies with the reference sheets.

I’m not speaking to V3 in any way here, as that would not be helpful given they aren’t even finalized sheets! But thanks for the info, I’ll be sure to check out your video!

You would definitely want to wait until Japan is ready to take them. Depending on when they do it might be better to let Japan take them first because if Germany does then the US will get 5D12 rolls when Japan attacks the islands. If the US is only a few IPP’s short of their wartime income then it wouldn’t matter because they wouldn’t need 5 D12’s to get there.

@sjelso Ozteas 41 is the best mod for G40 imo.

Sorry I may have misunderstood your question. Not real familiar with the Global war game. Seems way cool though : )
