    I took a brief look at this move, and without a US DD present, you cannot force the German subs to fight the US subs - Germans can still submerge in a sub vs sub battle, which I would absolutely do in this situation. So the result would be 2 US subs and 2 German subs sitting in SZ103.

    You may want to re-consider moving the US subs out here, as I have a German DD available that could reach this SZ, and thus force the US subs to fight. Feel free to make an edit to restore the subs, and re-position your 2 US subs.

    Also, remember to take China’s turn.
