Axis and allies commanders

Hey all, is there a topic of the A&A General Cards?
My group has used them a few G40 games, and there are some BIG questions we have about them that I think may need an FAQ.
@Krieghund are you authorized to rule on the meaning of the cards?
-
@Karl7 I assume you are referring to “Axis & Allies Commanders”?
I have added your posting to the existing topic.

So I went through them, and I actually have just a few questions as follows:
Yamamoto, Expert: I interpret this as meaning, if you have 2 or more sea battles, that have at least 2+ sea units, the last sea battle you roll you get +1 on your units. Is this correct? Also, does the +1 go for sea units with no attack value?
Patton: Basic: does the “your” mean only US tanks get to fire again? Not allied tanks in battle? Expert: same, does “your” mean only US forces or does it allow defending allied units get a boost?
Eisenhower: does “territories” mean only land territories or does it include sea zones? I assume the former, but want to be sure.
Juin: so allied units can use the phantom french transports (“PFTs”) , i.e. US troops in global can move out onto the PFTs from Gibraltar, spend a turn at sea, and then his S. France? I take it this would be how it would work: US troops move out onto PFTs, then on French turn, the PFTs move to sz next to S. France, then US troops attack. Correct?
Thanks!
