Haven’t played 42 hardly at all. His other mods, 41 and 39, especially 41, seem very balanced. I think if you haven’t played it much, I’d just roll with no bid for starters.
Axis and Allies Global 1940 Kaihlhac's Balance and History Mod
-
Hi everyone!
I’ve been working on this rules package for quite some time and its finally time to release it!
Disclaimer: Its primarily supposed to be played on Tabletop Simulator, where a mod for it exists. I havent tested playing it over the board, which is probably more difficult without extra material.Anyway, the main goal was to divert away from J1 Meta with Bidding, to a setup, thats hopefully more balanced and flexible. Meanwhile I tried to make possible and encurage some important historic tactics and decisions like Submarine Warfare or the attack on Pearl harbor.
Explore a completely new version of Axis and Allies 1940 Global!
Canada as a playable nation, Vichy France, Lend & Lease and Trans-Sibirian Railroad rules and many more adjustments!
Wih tons of new strategic options and (hopefully) more balanced. You are invited to test it out yourselves.
If you find loopholes, ambiguities in the rules or broken strategies, leave a comment or message me!Edit: New PDF: Kaihlhacs_Balance_And_History_Mod3.2.2.pdf
Please enjoy!

@kaihlhac Updates are coming. Testing shows, that the Allies are now too vulnerable if America is stalled for the max duration. We are heading to the right direction, but tweaking needs to be done
