    Fly-over restrictions applicable to other Neutral territories do not apply to Vichy French territory.

    Unless I am missing something, Germany should have been able to fly over southern france. I do not see anywhere that just a US attacking SF, removes that restriction. It looks like a bug in the program unless there is a FAQ I am not aware of.

    Oh I didn’t know about that. Yet another complication in Vichy.

    wrt SF, either USA attacking it or the rule about flyover restrictions not applying allows UK to Algeria over SF. Was thinking you wanted to overfly SF earlier in the game but I can’t find that reference now, so perhaps a different game.


  • Remember when I attacked your Russians, I sent a note that I wanted to sink your fleet in the med. But was not allowed to fly over SF so killed the Russians instead. The program would not let me fly over SF. I could not find a note that the program was wrong or not
