I’ve started work on some low cost customization for Europe 1940 2nd edition (and will include pacific 1940 2nd edition when I get it). I was able to get some player aids from https://www.axisandallies.org/forums/topic/21752/game-aids-a-a-1940-global-2nd-edition. I’m also going to implement a resource system into the game, that will introduce resource costs for units (such as steel to buy tanks). Also, there will be an upkeep cost for units, eg: Each tank you have mobilized will cost a certain amount of oil per turn. This is to make the game more realistic, and to discourage unit spamming. I also plan to add more units to the game. That’s all for now
Custom Magnetic IPC & Tech Tracker Board
-
Hey folks,
This is my first post to the site and I’ve recently started my customization journey with AA50. My best customization yet is this magnetic tracker board set. The roundels are 3d printed by my design with press fit magnets. The boards are just common steel sheets with a label applied that I designed. The bases are another self designed base for angling the sheets and storing the extra roundels.Let me know what you think!

@TitusJames Welcome to the forum.
I recommend that you convert your *.heic images to *.jpg and upload those directly to your posting.

Hi Titus,
Awesome - looks great.
What materials did you use for the base to your aircraft stands ?
We have attached a few pictures from our Global 1940 Expansion game where we use similar aircraft stands.

I used 3mm thumb nuts drilled out to fit 3mm acrylic rods. I used a number of 3d printed jigs for cutting the rods, assembly of the stands and gluing the magnets. If I remember later I’ll attached some pictures of the jigs/stands
