Oops. I messed up the Italian moves. Built the airfield for the German fighters to be escorts but forgot to taken Western Ukraine and sent the tank into the Baltic States.
It looks bad for Japan already and Italy has given up in the Med. Germany might be able to win through but I’m not even sure I can hold Scandinavia against a combined Russian, US and UK invasion.
I know it is very early to conceed, but I think you’ve totally outplayed me and I have run out of ideas.

USA getting on Korea is really bad for Japan, guess I can see that point. I am pretty worried about USSR but I think I can hold you off in the near term. Japan also doesn’t have an IC yet and can’t build on FIC next round.
I might control the Med too.
Guess it’s up to you but I wasn’t expecting you to concede so soon.

I think I will continue, if that is okay with you, it is too early to conceed. I don’t seem as interested in A&A as I once was and the fight goes out of me too quickly, but there is still a route to victory for the Axis, so I should try whilst there is still hope. I think you have out maneuvered me in the early phase and I have not been able to find an adequate response. -

Misunderstood the rules and thought I could move Japanese units into Timuguska and not trigger Mongolia, but failed to realise it was the US that attacked Korea, not Russia, then the Russain stack moved in. I also screwed up and landed too many troops on FIC and didn’t leave any spare to cover Kwangsi.You now control every theatre and Russia has a massive income, it’s over.

Was that the plan from R1? I assume so, otherwise you would have moved those infantry west. Even now I’m not sure what the counter is, J2 & J3 Japan needs it’s air and fleet in SE Asia and the DEI, if it covers a landing in Korea then it is restricted on those key rounds and the UK can push out from India.

I’m always on the lookout for such an opportunity. There’s two counters, the land based one and the naval one. The 4 inf starting in Korea, perhaps aided by planes can prevent USA’s puny two (or maybe 4) land units from taking Korea. The problem with the land option given that I left all 18 units is planes might be toast to USSR’s attack. I don’t normally leave all 18 troops there, maybe I should. The naval one means just having a sufficient navy to hold sz6. Given that the US navy was north and couldn’t get to the money islands quickly, you could have been weaker there. Think I might go back to all 18 troops in Amur. It is much stronger than 12.
