Sure Yahtzee is a lot of luck, but there’s a lot of choices and strategy in there, too, that’s under-rated!

The rulebook requires that all amphibious assaults be resolved before other battles, hence, Hong Kong and Philippines were supposed to be rolled first. Of course you choose between those two.
