Blood Bath Questions

Ive been getting confused a bit so i have some questions. At the start it says start on B and end at Q. On the 2nd turn go through I,J,K. My question is is there another bombing phase for the Usa? And if the japanese get the upper hand on dice roll and place a kamakazie on a ship, is there any dog fighting and A&A phase? Or just stick with moving troops from I,J,K to Q? The japanese get 4 kamakazie per air base they control, if i put a USA fighter onto a japanese air base does that mean there will be dog fights? Thanks hope you can help

Actually i say right the opposite.
Let’ say it like this : the american makes an amphibious landing in a beach region with japanase defender in the adjoining region so has to fight the japanese :

if american win all japanese unit are destroyed so american move up form beachead to the region if american lose all his troops are destroyed and japanese troops stay on the territory near beachead zone

In both cases there are not any units on the beachead at he end of the combat.

Is it right ?
If it is how is it possible to have units in there ?
Am i missing something in the rules?

Excellent!  Thanks for the reply.  It appears that the Kaga is going to have the proper flying flight deck instead of the molded together mass WOTC made of their Akagi deck.  The big struts holding up the deck and the resulting cavern created underneath between it and the ship’s lower structure always appealed to me.

I know you guys are busy and this question was bound to get asked so here goes. Larry’s WW1 game in my opinion needs some updated pieces how far on the depth chart would these be if they are even on it. I know I am getting greedy any info would be good. Keep up the good work guys it shows.

I agree that the new WW1 game falls short in many ways and also that IL is talking about a new WW1 game in development that will add many units left out by WOTC. We are evaluating to see where we can fill in fro both games. We may do a set for WW! Neutral but with French pieces since a lot of nations used them. I will start a thread to see if there is any interest.

I purchased Ralph Boerke’s Large European Map a couple of years ago, and I kept in touch with him over that time, e-mailing questions I had about the game, interpretations of rules, etc.  I sent an e-mail to him several months ago but never received a response.  His web site also appears to no longer exist.  Does anyone know what has happened to him? From his e-mails, I know he has been very sick for the past several years–-and I do not know if he has taken a turn for the worse.  If someone has information about him, please respond to this post.  Thank you.
