You’re ignoring the 3ipc for not having any allies in the USSR. Combined with the Archangel Lend Lease, that is the 5ipc OOB. It’s really just splitting the objective. Siberia and Persia LL are additional to this.

Any land assault from a sea zone with neutral ships in same sea zone gets to defend against the attacking navy. Then you can attack Oslo from sea if trannys survive.
If you attack Oslo you want to attack from Finland and with German airborne [also fort doesnt get to defend] so when you capture Oslo the neutral ships are rolled for and become scuttle or UK or German ships.

Ive been getting confused a bit so i have some questions. At the start it says start on B and end at Q. On the 2nd turn go through I,J,K. My question is is there another bombing phase for the Usa? And if the japanese get the upper hand on dice roll and place a kamakazie on a ship, is there any dog fighting and A&A phase? Or just stick with moving troops from I,J,K to Q? The japanese get 4 kamakazie per air base they control, if i put a USA fighter onto a japanese air base does that mean there will be dog fights? Thanks hope you can help

I purchased Ralph Boerke’s Large European Map a couple of years ago, and I kept in touch with him over that time, e-mailing questions I had about the game, interpretations of rules, etc.  I sent an e-mail to him several months ago but never received a response.  His web site also appears to no longer exist.  Does anyone know what has happened to him? From his e-mails, I know he has been very sick for the past several years–-and I do not know if he has taken a turn for the worse.  If someone has information about him, please respond to this post.  Thank you.

I wanna know something about the commercial’s expensions of A&A who were realese especially about 1939 THE WORLD AT WAR, like contents, new rules, good and bad, if it’s worth the price etc… As a big A&A fan since a couple of years now i wanna add some spice to my games (thanx to the forum wich i’ve just discovered ). Also i’ve just buy the Axis & Allies Enhanced Realism Rules Part One on amazon.com .It’s a 60 pages book. I know nothing about it i’ve try it because the price was good and i don’t think that’s it a 60 pages scrap. If someone knows about it i wanna know it too !!!

what exactly is world at war? is it on the same map as original A&A? or is it something else completely different?
