I think i erred when i retreated from t-j.
Oh hold on, USA can’t land on Siberia without the USSR declaring war on Japan.
That has implications for what Japan does actually.
Either the landing needs to be undone or we can edit the political relationship to unprovoked.
In fact, if USSR had done a DOW last round, that would have affected Japan’s last move. I don’t think that can be done. I think we need to undo USA’s move to land on USSR.
