Your turns never had any openings or weak spots to take advantage of (at least not that I saw).Regarding the Euro Axis fleet - it did not accomplish anything offensively, but it kept Italy alive.
In my opinion a major impact was that you managed to support the Chinese forces with strong US, UK and Soviet forces. These multinational air and ground units amplified the strength of the Allied land forces dramatically.
Also a comparably small but also significant mistake was the capture of Egypt by the Italians just after the fall of London. It clearly was just a short lived IPC gain, but then the US could occupy it and build the factory (and gained more IPC) there.
Good luck in the next round of the playoffs and sorry again for the slow pace.
