It’s a slow death for me I think at this point… Only a matter of time before the blockades and NOs make the economic gap even wider. Those Russians in Africa are pretty sneaky haha.
@simon-tressel Yeah it’s pretty cheese but I wasn’t going to hold out on you for your first game. You’ll see it a lot in tournaments/online play.
No, I’m not complaining at all, sneaky is a compliment haha. I think it’s great to see what’s possible. Gotta play the rules to squeeze out whatever bonuses you can. I didn’t understand at first why you weren’t moving the other Allies through North Africa for a turn or two. Then I saw the bonus income going to Russia and it made sense. It’s cool to see how the blockades and NOs affect the strategy and tactics of the game. A lot of new mechanics to get used to!
I’m trimming down on my games at the moment, but it would be fun to play again sometime. Need a bit of a break from all of my winter A&A play. I’ll see if any of my friends want to play a game with you and reach out on discord
