Getting more than 1 NOs as Italy is usually a good sign the Allies are losing the game. The Mediterranean is usually the focus of the UK/US strategy until they can start convoying Italy with some subs, then they switch to Normandy.

With as many units as you have in France, definitely will be poking you in the soft underbelly instead!
