if you look in the top left corner there is the option to save to forum under the file tab
@mikawagunichi thank you. very helpful.
Anyone knows where to find the 2024 results?
Starting 1/1/24 results were no longer put in the old format, but are in the new ELO spreadsheet along with all prior results to the beginning of the history of G40
If you want to see 2024 results in the new rankings board, you can look at “games finished last year” to see how many games a player finished last year.
Very powerful, in the results tab you can simply enter a player’s name or partial name in the colored box at the top, and it will automatically filter that players results, all of them since 2012, and details on who they played, what side they took, wins and losses, and bidding.
If you have any follow up questions, please don’t hesitate
The link to the new spreadsheet is towards the top of the 2025 league rules, the first pinned thread in league play. I think that might be what you’re asking
@gamerman01 Thanks a lot! However, the pink box doesen’t work on chrome… Or maybe I miss something…?
Something’s off
I never use Chrome, but I opened it, went to A&A.org, didn’t even log in there, clicked the link to the ELO spreadsheet, also not signed in there, and put talleyrand in the pink box and it properly filtered it.
Seems Chrome isn’t your problem, and that’s all I know
You’ll love it when you get it working.
@gamerman01 Maybe I am working on the wrong link?
Yeah the one you posted here looks different than what I see (tabs at top)
But when I click the one that’s in the league rules, it works - you can type in the pink box on that one
@Caesar1 @gamerman01
Although both links take you to the same data, they present it differently. I think this is caused by the last part of the URL, which can be a range of different values depending on what you want the person clicking on the link to see.
The URL in the above post by @Caesar1 ends with /pubhtml which I think gives access to the spreadsheet and it’s tabs, but limits what the end user can do (which may be why the filter doesn’t work when using that link).
The URL which is in the League Rules topic ends with /edit (as well some related parameters). This gives the end user access to the full functionality of Google Sheets (you can see additional menus, the toolbar and right clicking on a cell/column/row/tab gives additional functions). Presumably this is why the filtering by username does work when using this link.
I think the source for the URL which ends in /pubhtml is this topic https://www.axisandallies.org/forums/topic/40302/the-new-elo-based-ranking-system?page=1
So different website users might be getting a different experience depending on whether they try to access the ELO rankings through the this topic or the league rules topic.
Ahhh, that was by MrRoboto
I can go edit that one.
I am very relieved, thanks for your thorough investigation. It is a happy surprise that you took care of that for everyone
In G40 OOB If Russia attacks Korea does that count as a part of the Mongolian rule thing and make it so that mongolia will never align with the allies?
https://www.axisandallies.org/forums/topic/20494/mongolia-and-neutrals-rules-summarized-here
This is a link to the pinned thread in the G40 section for Mongolia AND neutrals, vetted by Krieghund, the main writer of the rulebooks
Just providing it now because it should cover all Mongolia and neutral power questions in one-stop shopping
Answer on Korea is yes -

I finally figured out some of MrRoboto’s charts and statistics in his statistics tab of the ELO rankings spreadsheet.
I changed the range of data to 1/1/24 - 6/30/25 to get the last year and a half’s snapshot.
Statistics like this can be very misleading, especially since these are just a composite of all games that have been finished since 1/1/24 and they are just averages.
Occasionally a bid amount is unknown and is in as a zero. Regardless, average OOB bids have been approximately 46 over the past 18 months, and Axis win percentage is 64.94%.
When you get much above 30 or 40, with current bid rules you can get very gamey starts like the Russian fighters to Yunnan bid. Since 46 is apparently not nearly enough ( @AndrewAAGamer gets his huge “I told you so” here) I recommend you consider more agreed-upon scenarios or starting situations. As opposed to - placing a 90 bid however way you want. Andrew posited an interesting mod that includes stiffer resistance for India and China, and a bigger income shot to USA when she gets in the war, to lean more towards history and game balance at the same time.
46 bids. 65% Axis winning. Broad conglomeration of players, newbies to decades-long aces. You decide what you want. Perhaps use the “Player history search” function to look at the better players and do your own research. This is a pretty shocking result, assuming I didn’t make a big mistake.
@gamerman01 Not a shock to me. I think Andrew has moved OOB Overton window in the right direction. One of the best players on this site told me he loves playing the Allies but can never get a large enough bid.
Btw, Stucifer and I are giving Andrew’s set up a whirl. Good stuff. Enough reinforcements at the outset to slow the Axis down and enough of a cash injection to be a shock to the system.
@AndrewAAGamer this year we have a much harder oob playoff bracket than the previous couple of years. I would wager that the winner of your Farmboy/Andrew quarterfinal will probably win the tournament. So much competition!!!
I am excited to watch the new strategies in your match, and assume the dice gods willl probably be the deciding factor in the close battle.
I noticed when recording the game that the view was not perfect and farmboy was not showing on the board. I managed to correct that.
Gaze, trembling, at the 1832 ELO and 88.00% win percentage.
1st OOB game notched for the year. Will 3 playoff games be all it takes to qualify him for the playoffs starting in 6 months?

I’ve just checked out the other games in OOB playoffs. You are right that this has been a stronger OOB playoffs than the last couple of years. But I do think any of us can win the tournament.
@gamerman01 we will have to see if this playoffs finish before the end of the year. That is not looking too likely at this point,

Well, if you are worried about getting the playoffs done this year you can always take it easy on me and not play your best. 😀
