Germany First turn buys

K so we’re playin no tech I’m us with this crapload of IPC’s. My bro, UK, built SA factory and 1 fig,5 inf in UK to invade WE next turn. Should I help or should I go harrass Africa, and what should I do with the IPCS (units, factories, etc.)

But just like DST’s do not negate Super Subs attackign on 3’s, neither do they negate Wolf Pack NA.

I’ve seen a German in E. Canada before.  Of course, this was a game to the death and England/Russia had already fallen and Germany was just putting teh coup de tat on America.

The US is making 40-44 a turn. Japan is making 34-38 a turn and already outnumbered. I don’t need anymore trns… The trns were there because Fleet A was suppose to WIN… but under favorable odds to win instead got crushed…

in this scenario Japan cannot fight ship to ship with the States. Especially If i just build lets say 5 subs a turn… mix some fgts eventually of course.

And Yeah UK is matching Germany unit for unit in the battle on the western-front.

I like the idea for G1 to tran to support baltic fleet.

But, what if UK1 chose to sacrifice its planes and attac. You will be left with  1 DD and 1, maybee to tran.

Schould G2 then reinforce navy again, and with what?

If not, the next round new UK plans (and maybee navy, if G planes are not too thtathening) and US airforses can take this easy out?

I think the conlusion is to go for africa for G, but at as low cost as possible.

Many talk about supporting aftica with indian troops for UK, but isnt this to leave India open, and make J walk through Asia? My problem playing Russia is always to keep the J out, when they come for full om R door in round 5-7, with plenty thanks and planes, then R falls… I guess with leaving India this happens even quicker? And, do the 2 UK troops from india make a big differens in Afr, easy replacements from G will take them out as long as med fleet is alive, or?

And, maybee this is for another line, but, how for R to slow down J in east?

this tactic works well against the group i play with… they go after germany with a vengance… they retreat everything from all the corners of world for the most part and pull to the atlantic just to put a wrench in the works for germany… they buy nothing without germany in mind… its 100 % devotion… it took 5 turns last game before i felt i could even make a real run at russia because i had to hold strong while japan got going…

Edit: holding strong meant staying at 40 or above… i fell to 37 one turn but rebounded back after a little regrouping…

there is no doubt with the battleships 2 hit rule that they are the kings of the seas.

I hate it, theres too many rules hurting the attacker, the attacker has the initiative, and theoretically wins.
