Over a year ago, there was a discussion thread somewhere on this forum (I can’t recall in what section) about GTO’s demise. As I recall, GTO was supposedly saying that it was shutting down temporarily and that it would return sometime in the following year with a new game that it would be offering in some kind of partnership with Larry Harris rather than WotC. The details were quite vague, and nothing seems to have come of that initiative…assuming that it was indeed an initiative that had any substance to it, rather than just speculation.

I have a question containing the games in the title. During combat if we say me Germany attack France with 2 tanks and 2 infanteri and France defends with 2 infanteri. Does that means that I hit 4 dices (one for each unit) or do I use 2 dices because that what France has to defend with(france has only 2 units)? And if the first is the case if i instead would have 6 units should i roll 6 dices even if France has 2 units? And how many units/dice is max to attack with! Thanks in advance! -

Germany rolls 4 dice and France rolls 2.
And if the first is the case if i instead would have 6 units should i roll 6 dices even if France has 2 units?
Yes.
And how many units/dice is max to attack with!
There is no upper limit.
