Looking for Triple A opponents

I’m from Pittsburgh and usually play a couple times a week…we have a few players and are looking for more players…I have every Axis&Allies game ever made and we play them all…we even have HGB Global 1939 with the 8ft map

I’ve just picked up a copy of the cd-rom Axis and Allies (Hasbro 98) and I’m looking for some opponents. I also need help on how to set it up…
