We didn’t know there was a family that was super excited and want to restore the place the way it should be (has a > 5 mile view) and want to live there the rest of their lives (they’re about 50).

They’ve remodeled every room, built a 2-story addition, and built a lot of landscaping features over the years. Both while I was growing up and helping, and since!
