Gopher I would follow krieghund’s link if you are playing the Xeno board game. If this is question regarding TripleA WAW variants I can’t really help I’m not  an experienced TripleA user and I’m not even sure if TripleA’s clone is a “genuine clone” as WWII is a “clone” of Axis & Allies. Try posting in the “variants” section of the A&A.org site, you may find your answer there.

Personally I never bought or played any of the Xeno games or pieces but at one time they filled a niche where A&A was absent as well as Table Tactics.

My name is Isidro Tellez and I’m the Producer of FrozenShard games, we just launched our first game in iOS and Android “World War II: TCG”.

It’s a collectible Digital Card Game with a Fictional Storyline based on the events of World War II. It can be played with friends Online and Offline and has a unique gameplay that some experienced trading card players may find interesting!

If you’re thinking about getting a starter package for your nephew, you should be prepared to play it with him.

It sounds awesome.  I’ll try and check it out and give it a go sometime.  I’d still like to get into Hearts of Iron more, but like I said, it takes a while to complete something.  The farthest I got was playing as Spain and basically carving France in half with Germany.  And we were just getting into 1940…

this is a great game !!
the hardest part is letting go of last turns’ empire (unless they were the Khmers)

the battle system is so simplethat you can devote your expanation time to the turn/card sequence and the event cards that is where i think the game hinges
