@kenny Scout cars never need supplies. If the defender want to defend against them all units that require supplies must use them to defend against the scout car. I do believe the scout car is required to leave that zone, or it can just not capture it. I assume @Panther would know. Re-thinking I do believe it can stay in that zone as long as it is neutral or friendly.

Are AAA & Anti-Tank guns defending ground units and therefore re-roll 9s & 10s during Air Defense?

No. Air Defense occurs before the first round of combat thus the reroll of 9’s and 10’s during combat does not apply.

@nishav To further explain, AAA aren’t land defenders when rolling AAA, as there aren’t any defenders yet. The decision to defend or retreat happens after landmines and AAA.
