Btw. I tried to figure out what happens to the factory when China occupies Kwangtung.
The territory will surely be occupied as India is out of the game. But the rules seem to imply that the IC will stay (but unusable by China) as Kwangtung is UK-India territory and not Chinese
If a Japanese industrial complex is built on a Chinese territory and that territory is later recaptured by the Chinese or liberated by another Allied power, the industrial complex is removed from the game.
I figured a Chinese capture of Kwangtung would not destroy the mIC but only serve to keep Japan from building there Round 16.
Was hoping Marti would be kind or at least even-handed in the Kwangtung attack. Need to rethink the Ally NCM.
