You may ask, “what the hell double elimination and even after I win I still have to play Cow to get the $25 gift card?” Yep, I would like to know that you earned my money. :) Gift card will be sent to your email or I buy something then send it to you as a gift packaging, either way.

Find a place you are planning to host it first.

Pick a date/time.

Find out how many people can come / willing to pay etc.

Find out what version people want to play.

Once you know how many games will be played, and how many people are attending, then you will know what to supply.  Also, offer compensation for anyone who brings thier own game.
