if scrambled to land i don’t see why it wouldn’t, as that becomes part of the defenders in the battle.

I restored the German fighter, which was bogusly killed 43 times in E. Poland to W. Germany. I restored the Russian, which was killed in the bogus raid o E. Poland.
I was afraid how AA might arrange the aircraft on the 2 German CVs and the Italian CV. Sure enough it put all the fighters on the German CVs and all the Tacs on the Italian CV. I changed this so there is a Tac on an a German CV and another on the Italian CV.
